The ADR (European agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road) regulations, state that all packages containing dangerous goods should have a warning label. The labels shall be in the form of a square at an angle of 45° (diamond shaped).

The classes of dangerous goods according to ADR (European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road) are as follows:
The Environmentally Hazardous label is used to enable transporters to identify the contents on the load as dangerous to the environment. This became mandatory on the 1st of January 2010.
This defines that if the goods are packed in small enough measures, then the risks relating to that carriage are reduced.
