Teslin Material:

The product we use for our synthetic sheet labels is a product called Teslin. Teslin has proved to be a fantastic product for our customers many different needs.

Teslin is a white, microporus, highly filled film that features unique characteristics:

• Compatible with most printing processes
• Excellent high print definition
• Excellent durability of printed image
• Waterproof
• Adaptable
• Low static

An ability to be printed on most desktop laser machines gives this product its unique selling appeal.

Teslin is to BS5609.

Marine standard Adhesive to BS5609 Certification is used.

Teslin is more environmentally friendly than other synthetic materials used.

Teslin substrate does not contain any cellulose-based materials and does not contribute to the forest harvesting. Teslin substrate is non-toxic and does not contain any ozone-depleting constituents.

These are some of the reasons why, through our customers, we are becoming the leading supplier of this material to the chemical industry.

CLP A4 Self Adhesive Laser sheet labels on Teslin (synthetic material).

This is a cost-effective, efficient way to produce your own labels on demand. These are suitable for use with most A4 laser printers.

The labels have been designed to provide the maximum space for text after pictograms are in place.

Sizes:

We supply the following sizes as standard stock on Laser sheets. Other sizes are available, please ask a member of the team for details.

Label size -148mm x 210mm, 2 per sheet

Label size -148mm  x 105mm labels, 4 per sheet

Label size -105mm x 74mm labels, 8 per sheet

Supplied in boxed quantities of approximately 500 sheets and packed in 100 sheets per internal bag.

CLP SHEET BUREAU SERVICE

We offer a bureau service, we will produce artwork and print the labels for you.
